| 5. Agreement |
| The following acknowledgements must all be marked “yes” before a parking permit will be issued. |

| Property Owner acknowledges that a parking permit is a privilege, not a right. Reminder that per the Declaration of C,C & R’s of West Line Village, garages are the primary parking location for Owner’s vehicle(s). |

| Property Owner agrees that all fees, fines and violations associated with the issued parking permit are the Property Owner’s responsibility. |

| Property Owner agrees that they will not copy, reproduce, or duplicate the parking permit under any circumstances. |

| Property Owner understands that lost or stolen parking permits will result in a $250 replacement fee. |

| Property Owner agrees that if any deactivated permit found back in use will result in the revocation of the Property Owner’s parking permit privileges. |

| Property Owner acknowledges that the issued permit is nontransferable upon the sale of the property associated with the permit. A new Owner may not be issued a permit until the previous Owner returns this issued permit to: Wolfersberger, LLC,12210 Brighton Road #8, Henderson, CO 80640. |
