History

 
The following is a brief history of the West Line Village neighborhood:
 
November 2016 The City of Lakewood approves the Developer's request to create the Sheridan Station West Metropolitan District Decorative Photo - Sheridan Station West Porch View
June 2016 City of Lakewood approves the West Line Village subdivision development plan - a 182-home neighborhood.
 
September 2017 The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for West Line Village (i.e. CC&Rs) is filed and the lots in the neighborhood are annexed into and become subject to the CC&Rs.

November 2017 The District issues bonds totaling approximately $3.63 million to subsidize the Developer's costs to develop its private land prior to the start of homebuilding activities.
 
March 2022 The District issues bonds totaling approximately $2.22 million to subsidize the Developer's costs to develop its private land prior to the start of homebuilding activities.
 
May 2019 The first townhome is sold by the builder (Sheridan Station Transit Village, LLC).
 
 May 2023 Homeowners are elected to  the District's board and developer employees no longer serve on the District's board.
