The following is a brief history of the West Line Village neighborhood:

The City of Lakewood approves the Developer's request to create the Sheridan Station West Metropolitan District |

| June 2016 |
City of Lakewood approves the West Line Village subdivision development plan - a 182-home neighborhood.
|
| September 2017 |
The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for West Line Village (i.e. CC&Rs) is filed and the lots in the neighborhood are annexed into and become subject to the CC&Rs.

| November 2017 |
The District issues bonds totaling approximately $3.63 million to subsidize the Developer's costs to develop its private land prior to the start of homebuilding activities.

| March 2022 |
The District issues bonds totaling approximately $2.22 million to subsidize the Developer's costs to develop its private land prior to the start of homebuilding activities.
|
| May 2019 |
The first townhome is sold by the builder (Sheridan Station Transit Village, LLC).
|
| May 2023 |
Homeowners are elected to the District's board and developer employees no longer serve on the District's board.
